Neptune™ 7000 Z Series at Launch Event July 15

　　Shanghai, China – July 16, 2014 – Pump Solutions Group (PSG®), a business unit within Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) and experts in advanced integrated flow control solutions that enable the safe and efficient movement, measurement and control of the most critical and valuable materials within targeted global growth markets, is pleased to announce that it unveiled its new Neptune™ 7000 Z Series Mechanically Actuated Diaphragm Metering Pump on Tuesday, July 15, with a Launch Event at the Crown Plaza  Shanghai Harbor Center, China. The Launch Event began at 10:00 a.m. with a welcome speech from PSG Asia President David Wang and continue until 3:30 p.m.

　　Ideal for handling a wide range of volatile chemicals, Neptune’s 7000 Z Series features a wide range of material options, including PVC, PVDF and 316 stainless steel. At up to 4,200 L/hr (1,109 gph), the 7000 Z Series pumps have the widest flow range of any mechanical metering pump in China. The pump also possesses the capability to handle viscosities up to 2,500 cPs at pressures up to 12 bar (175 psi). The 7000 Z Series is also available with an optional NEMA motor, and double-head and triple-head pump options are also available to ensure the most accurate and stable metering.

　　NPA、NPB series flow rate covers 2L/hr to 500L/hr, adjustable  eccentric structure for the hydraulic end can make sure the high precision flow rate control, also with a compact pump head.  The optimized solution gives the metering pump capability to adapt the smaller power motor, to improve the pump operation efficiency.

　　In addition, event attendees also got an opportunity to tour the state-of-the-art PSG manufacturing facility located in the Shanghai suburb of Lingang. Opened in 2012, the 11,000-square-meter facility includes pump manufacturing and testing, a hydraulic lab for on-site product testing, a 30-seat training room for instruction and education, and a product showroom where visitors can observe how PSG products are manufactured and operate. As the cornerstone of PSG’s operations in Asia, the Shanghai facility provides local customers with local technical experience, improved customer service response, enhanced training opportunities, as well as reduced delivery times.
此外，出席发布仪式的嘉宾还有机会参观PSG位于上海郊区临港的先进制造基地。该基地于2012年投入使用，占地面积11000平方米，包括泵的制造和测试、用于生产现场测试的液压实验室、用于产品说明和培训的培训室、及展示厅。在那里，参观者可以了解泵的生产和操作情况。作为PSG在亚洲运营的基础，上海工厂向当地客户提供了本地的技术经验、改善了客户服务的响应、增加了培训机会、缩短了交货周期。
